Formatting and uploading your extra artwork files for the Anthology:
DEADLINE FOR UPLOADS: Study Week – Thursday, February 24th.
Image file specifications:
2-4 artworks to supplement: any size (be aware that we may not include all of these images if there are layout constraints).
Resolution for all works: 300dpi or higher
Colour Profile for all works: CMYK (Photoshop Working CMYK profile)
File format for all works: TIFF
File naming mnemonic for all works: FirstName_LastName_TitleOfWork.tif
Example: Bob_Ross_HappyLittleTrees.tif
Other file to include:
One PDF with:
your full name as you would like it printed (this can be in your native language - such as chinese/korean/japanese characters or arabic, etc).
image list of all uploaded works with title, medium, and year. For clarity sake, please also make a note which piece is your Anthology Project piece if you have other works at the same dimension.
your website url and/or IG/twitter handles. (please double-check all of your spelling, we may not proof read these!)
HOW TO UPLOAD:
Follow the link below and make a folder for yourself with your name. Please upload all files above to your personal folder by Thursday, February 24th!
