Driving: YVR to SEA on I-5 takes roughly 3 hours. Rush hour traffic in the Seattle area can be very heavy and slow.

SEA to PDX on I-5 takes roughly 3 hours.

Potential Amtrak itinerary:
Day 1: travel to Seattle, see Laika exhibit, travel to Portland
Day 2: See Pinocchio exhibit, option to return that night.
The trains listed below are on the train the whole way. (Some of the times listed on Amtrak's website are a combination of bus and train travel.)
