UPDATE: Kaltura is looking into an issue preventing captions from processing and some Kaltura media from loading. If media is not loading or you see an API error, try refreshing your browser window or right clicking and select "refresh frame".
Please be advised that Kaltura will undergo a mandatory system upgrade on Sunday, January 25, resulting in a potential 3–4 hour service outage (TBC) affecting video playback and uploads. Following the maintenance, Kaltura Capture users must update their desktop app to the latest version to maintain functionality.
