How to upload media files to your My Media folder

You can upload any video, image or audio file to My Media. Once it is uploaded you can share and embed it within course Resources and Activities such as forums, media assignments, the Kaltura Media Gallery etc. You can also add/edit automatic captions, attach files and change settings.

Instructions:

1. From the top Navbar click on MyMedia
2. Click Add New and then Media Upload
3. Drag and drop your video into the square displayed or select it from your file directory
4. After upload finishes, on the next screen enter a name, description, and one tag then click Save. The video needs a few minutes to process before it will be viewable, but you can already go ahead and embed it into any text field like a forum post.
