Welcome to Environment Concept Art!
COURSE SUMMARY
In this course, you will learn how to construct story driven cinematic environment illustrations through a series of lectures, demos, and dedicated drawing time. Through exercises in creative narrative words and iterative sketching, you will develop your visual cinematic storytelling skills. You will examine how silhouette, basic form, and shape, of organic and created forms, and visual quick sketching work in relation to environment Concept art. Additionally, you will learn basic principles of environmental anatomy, such as rock, trees, land formations, as well as structures. The course will also guide you on how to work with your materials, encouraging you to explore your own personal style or try something new. By the end of the course, you will have created your own environment design sheets and developed compelling visual narratives for your story-driven cinematic environment Conceptual design.
