COURSE DESCRIPTION
Expand your drawing, illustration, or painting practice through the creative power of perspective drawing techniques. Students will how technical precision meets visual concept in this introductory perspective drawing course. Learn how to render accurate perspectival objects and scenes as well as manipulate space and form to create experimental compositions

SUMMARY This course is essential for artists, designers, illustrators and animators who wish to create convincing images of form, depth and space. Regardless of the form you work in, you will improve the impact of your work with an understanding of this powerful drawing technique. Participants will be guided through step-by-step exercises, moving from rough layout sketches to more carefully proportioned images of architecture, objects, vehicles and the human form. Participating in the online demonstration and work sessions is important to the course. Each session will entail at least 50% live lecture via online plus assigned videos.. This length may vary each session because of the nature of the content in that session. Links to videos of lecture-demos will be provided in addition. Resource image files will also be provided for each session. Much of the required work will be done during online class. Additional home assignments will also be issued.
