Intended for students who want to work with animation for the first time. Students will learn animation fundamentals, including aspects of motion using frame-by-frame production methods. Through assignments and lectures, students will experiment with a variety of simple animation techniques. Films are presented during class, relating contextually to lecture topics.
Course Content
This course runs in conjunction with the Powell River Digital Film School intensive filmmaking course, which introduces students to animation fundamentals.
