SMART goals

It is probably self-evident, but if we make our goals in this document (or the sub-goals under each goal) a SMART goal, then assessment and tracking is much easier.

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Relevant

Time-bound

If, for example, we commit to doing a needs assessment for our teaching and learning area by December 2018, then we have a specific measurable goal to aim for. And tracking and assessment becomes more straightforward.
